Your Mind Is Not the Path to Your Soul

Trying to navigate our spiritual development through our intellect is like trying to teach a fish to ride a bicycle! In fact, it is our intellect that gets in the WAY of our spiritual development by shoving our lessons into shadow and trying to "claim" spiritual prowess without having done the work.
When we come, instead, from the compassion of the heart, we bypass the ego's claim on victory and align with the truthfulness of the soul.

It is here that our deepest work is done.

Spiritual Materialism

Ah, Spiritual Materialism.... having the better path, the clearer connection to Spirit, the better guides... the more vivid visions, the prettier or most powerful tools the most advanced techniques, the more renowned teachers or Master Teachers... the most workshops under our belts, the most initiations by sacred orders or tribes... Knowing the most "spiritually advanced" people... That ego, it is a sneaky little monkey! "Spiritual work" without the "personal work" of learning to detach our ego from the way we connect to the Divine is not spiritual work! As Lao Tzu says, do your work and then step back...

When Lightning Strikes…

When lightning strikes a forest it chars and burns leaving huge gaping holes... But it also clears a path for more light to enter and creates space for something new to grow. We all have these moments where it feels like lightning struck out of nowhere... In these moments it is important to remember it wasn't personal and we are being given an opportunity to expand our light and grow.

Christina has assisted me on my path of Enlightenment and healing for the past 5 years, both as teacher and healer.
Recently, I came to Christina to help solve a year long odyssey of my unexplained hair loss.
We've done much work together over the years, always with a profound outcome, but this latest session was over the top!
She found the link, in the midst of deep shamanic work, that was associated with my 10 year old breast implants (which had never been a problem)!
The information IMMEDIATELY resonated with me.
There is a modern illness I had never heard of (nor had Christina!), even though I had been through the medical system with numerous doctors, blood tests, hair analysis, etc.
It is called BII, Breast Implant Illness. A condition with many symptoms, hair loss just being one of them.
I have since done my own in depth research, have had the implants removed and I am feeling great, on the road to recovery!
I am still in awe......
It was an AMAZING discovery, through Christina Allen's AMAZING work!
I am so grateful for her integrity, her compassion and her true dedication to wellness....... physically, emotionally and spiritually!
I am proud to call her teacher, healer, friend.
