If you don’t want to think about things that don’t seem tangible for you, (like energy fields, shamanism, and Andean Mysticism) think about the newest breakthroughs in western psychology, and I am talking about the groundbreaking book by Bessel van der Kolk The Body Keeps the Score, where he shows that trauma will not leave us via talk therapy but requires body work, breath work, etc. You will find this in the sessions with Christina; traditional western talk-based therapy either takes forever to get to the places Christina gets to merely in a couple of sessions, or never does, staying on the surface for years. I cannot recommend Christina highly enough.
